FuryLion is looking for a talented full-time Game Project Manager
Projects are supposed to be both outsourced and in-house development of the studio
Experience in game development is very important. Knowledge of the specifics of work in game studios and an understanding of the distribution of roles who is responsible for what.
Requirements:
- Constant close interaction with the team
- Monitoring the status of the backlog, tasks, keeping it up to date
- Project risk management, customer expectations management, control that the project is completed on time, on the right budget and in the expected scope and in the right quality
- Assistance in communication between the team, product managers and the customer
- Help the team make decisions
- Conducting Scrum events: planning, retrospective, grooming, demo
- Communication with the client on a daily basis, negotiating
- Collecting and preparing requirements for tasks for all team members, maintaining work in the task tracker
- Willingness to work on several projects at the same time, work with priorities within the project and the group
Would be good:
- English level upper-intermediate
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in Scrum team
- Experience in project reporting
- The presence of technical education or knowledge in the field, the ability to read technical documentation
- Experience in project management at different stages of the life cycle
- Maintaining project business documentation
- Knowledge and practical experience of the principles of agile development methodologies
